Return Policy 

 Installation constitutes acceptance

 No returns on special orders, close-outs or setting materials (sundries)

 All returns subject to inspection

 Full case quantity only in original, unopened packages, free of any visible damage

 Material must have been purchased within 30 days

 Same shade (dye lot) and caliber must still be in stock

 Copy of invoice must be provided

 Special freight arrangements outside standard pick-up/delivery schedule is customer responsibility

 30% restocking fee applies, unless otherwise specified

 31+ day returns and all other exceptions require pre-approval by ITS Team
